One part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, part community building and part psychedelic experience - you're about to get (naturally) high on your own breath. This class will help move emotional energy that’s stuck by facilitating a release of strong emotions through the active meditation technique that is breathwork. You’ll leave feeling softer, open and less burdened.
