This workshop covers everything you’ve ever wanted to know: what they are, where they come from, how they work and how they can be used for some serious mind and body improvements. You’ll learn simple, non-toxic living and self-care routines with these gifts of the earth.

Even better? You’ll have the chance to choose and use your favorite oil for a short guided meditation to shift the mind and body into a deep state of relaxation. After, we’ll share some reflections over hot tea and healthy snacks.
